Exam Pattern
- Phase-1: Objective test covering General Awareness, Quant, English, and Reasoning. General Awareness has the highest weightage (80 Qs out of 200).
- Phase-2: Combined Objective + Descriptive tests on Economic & Social Issues (ESI) and Finance & Management (FM), along with an English Writing Skills paper.
Phase-2 Strategy
- Economic & Social Issues (ESI): Focus on government schemes, Union Budget, Economic Survey, and reports by IMF, World Bank, and NITI Aayog.
- Finance & Management (FM): Master basic financial concepts, bond markets, regulatory bodies (SEBI, RBI), corporate governance, leadership theories, and emotional intelligence.
